Couldn’t make it to office so dr have me a virtual visit
I had a pleasant visit. My doctor was nice especially her assistant. The African American receptionist in another hand, needs more improvement greeting the patients and maybe coffee to start her day.
I was given the first available appointment after calling with an issue. I did not have an appointment but was worked in. Very much appreciated.
Staff was great, put me at ease with the change of doctors. PA Whitley was a breath of fresh air, listened to my challenges of my health care. Answered my questions informatively and complete. Gave me suggestions and took care of my meds. One concern is the 7-10 days for referrals, and that they come in the mail. In this day and age at least email to patient if you cannot hand them to the patient.
PAWhittley and his staff are wonderful. Never a long wait, and he is always kind, patient and thorough.

Dr. Chet Whitley is the best. He really does listen to me and cares. Has a friendly disposition. I met Renee, technician, I believe. She is super friendly and puts you at ease. Totally recommend. Thank you for caring.
Staff much better Cody terrific If Dr wenner ever leaves I will stop going. She's kind, thorough, personable yet professional
