He is very kind yet understanding and Takes time to discuss things and options thoroughly. overall, he’s done a wonderful job! I’d strongly recommend his services.
It was short but I got more information out of Dr Chan in about 7 minutes then I’ve gotten in 20 minutes from a previous Dr for my same problem! He’s a 10 for sure!
All I can say is Doctor Chan looks out for his patients best interest and does not unnecessarily operate. I broke my arm just above my elbow last year. Due to poor health Dr. Chan would NOT operate due to the high risks involved. Of course I was in severe pain and upset. However, after wearing an excellent brace for many, many months WHAT? Saw Dr. Chan today and today's xray showed my bone was COMPLETELY HEALED!!! Dr. Chan said only Physical Therapy (PT) is now needed to regain all my functionality and reduce the pain. Follow up on elbow surgery. Dr Chan did a terrific job. Very thorough on follow up and will do surgery to remove plate once fully healed. Great Doctor and easy to talk to!
Dr. Chan was very nice and explained my options. He explained why there wasn’t to many options available. I decided to try the first thing he recommended. He let me know if it didn’t work he would do the surgery. That’s why I went to a doctor for advice and Dr. Chan made it simple.
Dr Chan has a wonderful bed side manner. He listens to your concerns and is patient. Will see him again for surgery on my other foot. Thank you for being a “good doctor”. They are hard to come by these days!!!!!
What a wonderful, detailed, quick visit. He answered all my questions, showed me images of my injury and explained everything in lamin terms. He was extremely kind and trustworthy. I highly recommend Dr. Chan!
Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable building. Professional and caring Dr. Chan. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chan to friends and family.
I waited 2 hours to get into the exam room - and then the Medical Assist didn’t know I had an MRI done. Had to wait another 15 min for Dr Chan. He was pleasant, professional and helpful. Patients should be kept appraised of delays and apologies made - nothing like this happened
