5 stars for being a nice guy, 1 star for being a good doctor. Yet another S. Nevada dismissive doctor who doesn't follow ASE established guidelines, ignores nor discusses treatment options and yet another one who says " you are fine, be on your way." I'm a bit different than your average patient as I do a ton of research into this field. What I keep finding in S. Dr Fischer delivered my child in 2003. I did not want the epidural because it almost paralyzed me when I had my third child. It’s understandable why I wouldn’t want it. After having the baby, I needed stitches to which he refused to give me numbing for and proceeded to tell me of ai had the epidural I wouldn’t be feeling the pain. She’s an ok doctor. Her staff is horrible, they have no compassion for sick people. Referrals never get sent, prescriptions missed, which could make you very sick if you suddenly stop taking them. It’s so sad how healthcare is here in Nevada. Worst customer service ever, I don’t know why Darcy and April are in the healthcare business, they don’t care about the patients. This place is the worst - I am so terribly disspointed by both the doctor and her staff. First they call in the wrong prescription for me FOUR times. So many times that my insurance wouldn't authorize the correct prescription and I was out hundreds of dollars for prescriptions I couldn't use. They could have killed someone! I didn't even get an apology. Now I am faced with a serious medical emergency and staff tell me I have to wait two months to see her. Dr. Rodriguez is a good doctor and I like her. But dealing with her front and back office is a nightmare. The simplest of task seem difficult for them. Being left on hold for 15 minutes, no returned calls and referrals to the wrong dr.s are just some of the frustrations that are common.

I wish I could review about my visit... Another crap experience with the medical field in Las Vegas... book an appt over a month ago for a new patient for my wife and I. They call me two weeks before and say that she will now be out of the office... claiming an emergency...two weeks early?!?! Nothing for us until September.. seriously... this is a joke. Hope she has a great vacation... on to my next place...
