Wait time was good and staff is awesome
Love Dr Jiji but hate the phone system- have waited 3 times over 20 minutes, without getting to a live operator, to make an appt or to get a refill- If you try to get the the Nurse's station, it refers you back to the main hold line. THE WORST
I visited this clinic 2 days ago and was pleasantly surprised to NOT see the rude your man in Reception who gave me such a hard time on 10.7. 2021. Instead a young happy African-american girl gave me the exact information I failed to get when phoning the Clinic. Which is that Dr. Bui does not accept Humana. Nor do any Intermountain's specialists. She explained it like this by writing HUMANA HMO? NO HUMANA PPO? YES. Stay away from this clinic. They do not follow protocol for covid. I had a appointment and the doctor did not wear a mask or wash his hands. I informed the manager and she brushed it off. They need to close it down.
I have told my dotor a couple times about head pain but he does not seem to listen. It is now about 6:20 am on Saturday May 23, 2020. I have had severe pains for the last two days. Saw a Neurologist on Thurdsay who ordered brain scan. Can't wait 4 weeks for one. The only paind medication recommend by Dr. Coy is Tramadol. which leaves me loggy for the next 24 hours. I plan to go to UMC ErRtoday. I need a Doctor who cares.
I arrived a head of my appointment time, to ne told my insurance needed to be verified, which was ridiculous, because i was here in February and my insurance was fine, it took them an hr to verify, wasting my time and Dr Bui time, they should had this done before i came in, which they told me that they supposedly are to verify insurance two days before appointment, which they did not and then tell me that i should call a couple of days before my appointment to make sure they verified my insurance, which is not my job, its th... read more
