Appt on time… careful attention to medication list….Doctor explained medication effects…I always feel like my doctor listens carefully.
Professional and great social skills
Staff are courteous and friendly. The doctor and I discussed many things, since I had recently been hospitalized following a heart attack. However, I forgot to ask her about the results of my CBC, and when I tried to call the office the next day, I was on hold for half an hour before I gave up.
All the people I came in contact with were very cordial. I felt like an individual and not part of a herd of people. When I made my appointment it only took a week to get in. My last insurance took 2 months!
This was my first visit to meet my new PCP, Dr. Heard. I recently had an awful experience with my first PCP. This office and Dr. Heard were recommended to me. I was very relieved to see the high level of professionalism demonstrated by the front office check in staff. I met with Dr. Heard and Noelle, Dr. Heard's Medical Assistant. D.
