Staff is so nice and helpful, nurses are caring and friendly, dr Santos is nice and making me feel like I have a voice with my kids health.

They were very good at giving us a timeline and step by step directions as to opening up the app, followed by a phone call that lead directly to the face to face appointment. Very professional with great bedside manner. All you can ask for in a doctors appointment. Definitely a 5 Star experience.
