Staff are amazing and very helpful
The front office staff was great as well as the dr! I’m glad I didn’t have to deal with the lady at the desk in the back since when I asked if we checked out with her she was less than friendly.
Dr. Tachvorian is awesome. Our kids have been patients of hers for several years, and she is always very patient, she listens, and her diagnoses are always on point. The front desk is always very friendly and helpful, too. The check in process is seamless, and the wait times are never very long. I had an insurance problem once, and Intermountain’s billing department actually answered the phone in a timely manner and helped immediately, which is fantastic compared to other medical billing departments I’ve called. Dr.Santos is through and helpful. Wait time was minimal
it was great as usual.
Staff was wonderful..caring and kind.. The kids were Listen to and the doctor interaction Was seamless with a lot of energy. Dr. Jeff was very knowledgeable and approachable overall one of the best experiences I’ve had with three kids and one appointment times are close together
Wait time was a little long to be seen. The doctor didn't really know what my son was there for. This was my son's third visit with this doctor so he may not have taken the time to look over his medical records.
