The Dr. was kind and wonderful. Although the procedure we needed could not be done in the office, he referred us as Urgent! to a specialist and we got the new appointment the next morning. My only issue is the from office told me it would be 3 days for the referral to go through even though I told her the doctor said it would be same day. I had to call back in after I left to see who was right. The doctor was. I feel she should have said if the doctor tells you the referral will be today then that when it will be.
