Doc. Candice was nice and respectful I just did not like how she was ready to push my baby off by saying her ears look fine. I had to inform her that neither one of her ears were fine. She insisted my child had ear wax in her ears, after I informed her my 3 yrs old daughter stuff yellow play doh in her ears. She stated it looks like wax and I said “that’s because it’s yellow PLAY DOH”. Nonetheless, she sent the referral. Just a little frustrating.

Front office was great I really liked the paperwork to fill out by confirming my appointment. Made the process easy . Dr Naiman’s and his nurse were awesome as always . All of my sons paperwork to return back to school in person was completed for me to take home . ( I had dropped off the paperwork 3 days prior )
