Dr and staff make you feel welcome. Know what they are doing.
The clinic and staff were very efficient and helpful. But we had to wait a very long time for taking blood. Our appointment was at 8:00 and 8:40 and we did not get out of the clinic until 10:45. We were told to fast so we very hungry. Over all helpful and friendlystaff.
I am new to the HMO experience. Haven't got used to it yet. Not sure how everythingworks, especially if I need immediate attention for a problem. also I am confused about referrals.
Everyone was more than concerned and considerate of me....was a very pleasant experience, and look forward to my next visit!!!!!
The doctor and his assistant were good but being an hour late is not good they need to get staffed a little better over there so that they can take care of patients a little more promptly I know time is valuable to the clinic and the doctor but time is valuable to me to
I like Dr. Seck and certainly he is preferable to the doctors you have had in the past, but I feel that I am responsible for my own care. I come up with the suggestions for further treatment. He just goes along with what I want to do. I am so depressed
I met with Noreen. We went through my medical records since this was my first visit. She made several suggestions. It was a very good meeting.
Friendly and helpful.
Love the nurses and Dr they take there time set and talk to you and every appointment they make sure u do lab one week before your appointment and go over everything
