at first i was nervous because i had never done a dr visit on the phone where i could talk to and see my Dr. It was a hoot. Noreen was the best, she told me about my blood test results and asked and answered my questions. What a great idea.
Very nice and pleasant. They seemed to really care about my issues and help me solve them.
Video conferencing needs work, but the first few minutes were fine until it froze. We finished by phone. The video portion would be better on a PC. I was not fond of the small video on my phone.
Good communication with my provider. Enough time to speak about my health problems.

all medical persons were very helpful and answered all my questions. I am waiting for a referral to see a Dermatologist which I requested at this appointment!
