Arrived, was greeted in a friendly manner, all health precautions in effect. Short wait, was taken in, all vitals checked, Doctor Duggal arrived a few minutes later. He took the time to have a few minutes of a personal chat, did a thorough questionaire of any problems I might be having, hands on examination where necessary and set up future appointment. There is never a rush and I walk out feeling totally satisfied with my visit.
