Dr G is great. Super easy to complete the televisit. My issue is with the automatic text messages asking me to complete this survey. On Friday it came at 5:40AM and Saturday at 5:28AM. This is way too early in the morning to be sending text messages!!

I really liked Dr. Burley the experience was wonderful. I wasn't to happy when I received a bill for 336.00. So on my next appointment I took the bill with me to show the front desk. They werent very helpful they just handed me a phone number to call. The bill said no insurance applied??? I have insurance so didn't understand why my blue cross blue shield wasn't used. I've been calling the number and can never get through. Maybe this survey on my experience will get this taken care of.
I was quite surprised that after logging on receive my virtual following-up from my bloodwork, I only waited a few minutes before the doctor joined. As always Dr. Dino Gonzalez was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and humorous. My virtual follow-up visit lasted less than 10 minutes.

Great customer service. Dr. Tantino was excellent and took his time with me. Office staff is busy but always responsive.
Fantastic, was my first time
Arrived to my Dr. appt on time to find out my appt was actually a virtual appt. After filling out necessary forms as this was my 1st time with new Dr. I was instructed to come to the location for my appt. Now with all we are dealing with COVID-19, I get it. I just wish I had not had to leave my house. I ended up having to do my virtual appt in my car outside if facility. The appt went well, and Dr. Sado was very nice, thorough and professional.
