It was great. Everyone listened and was responsive.
I arrived at the doctor's office unannounced with no appointment, and they greeted me, took all of my information and asked me to be seated. After about 5 minutes I was called in by the nurse who took my vitals, and said the doctor would be right with me. After another 5 minutes Dr. Hayes came into the room and examined me. I thought that I had an ear infection, and to my surprise the doctor said that I have TMJ, which is a pretty painful condition that affects my jawbone up to my eardrum. Dr. Taitano and his staff were professional and courteous
Dr. Hayes was a lifesaver for me. Here I was so congested I couldn't sleep at night and my regular doc just told me to stay on 20mg of Prednisone and take Delsom cough syrup. I decided to try Intermountain Healthcare. Dr. Hayes immediately knew what to do. He gave me a shot of cortisone and put me on a stronger dosage of Prednisone. I felt better hours, not days later. He saved my family Christmas!
