The nurse practitioner, Agnes, was great. She took her time to talk to me and explain. Unfortunately the connection was not very good as we tried teledoc communication. other than that it was a conveniant and pleasant experience.
Very accommodating and always helpful, always answers my questions in a professional manner.
Dr. Taitano is very professional with a manner which is humble, knowledgeable and patient. He doesn't over book patients having us wait for hours. I was seen by Dr. Taitano within 15mins. I will refer him to my friends.
Took care of my needs in this covid-19 environment to the best of their ability
It was good. It took some time to get used to the virtual call at first. But, otherwise it’s what we have do for now.

Awesome experience, first time coming here, all staff were very helpful especially Lakeisha. Dr Taitano was also very helpful, thank you.
Everyone was pleasant and constantly asked if I had any questions. I was taken very quickly and only waited 5 minutes for the doctor. Wow, much better than the service I got at Heslth Care Partners. Let’s hope the doctor stays for a while.
