I appreciate being able to have a virtual appointment. All my questions were addressed & resolved , Agnes Sado is such a wonderful NP!
Dr. Gonsalez is very accommodating. He explained to me all the numbers of my lab results. Due to pandemic, that I might lost my medical insurance from work - he given me resources and organization that can help for my continuing care. That’s itself - is a peace of mind. Over the years - of supervision, I personally appreciate all the help. Thank you.

Making appointment over the phone was the biggest challenge... attitude etc etc from the gentleman taking appointments..... Checkin to clinic was easy .. I was quickly taken back and saw dr quickly and got me what I needed.... He referred me to the other doctor that handles specialty patients more in-depth..... Looking forward to my follow up with dr Gonzalez after I get my labs done 👍🏼

Easy appointment setup. Mobile online check-in saved a lot of time. Physical check-in at a kiosk was convenient. Wait time for a room was short. Staff and medical personnel were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Overall nice experience.
