The process for directing cars in and collecting the sample was very well organized and executed. The swabbing was painful and left me with watering eyes, burning sinuses and an hours long headache. 8 -10 days wait'time for results is unacceptable.

Doctors were nice. Admin seemed put off by having people in the office/waiting area. Noon time guess they were waiting to eat
