Get real doctors to do the job instead of nurse practitioners who have no clue what they're doing
The receptionist asked me in front of everyone in the lobby real loud why was I there. I told her it was personal. I suggest that you hand me a piece of paper and ask to write instead of letting the whole lobby know...She was also overwhelmed to much work for 1 person. .

The check in, the front office staff and triage nurse was absolutely wonderful which is how they still received 2 stars and not less. However, I felt rushed and unheard by the physician. The treatment he prescribed only slightly helped my condition and I will be following up with my personal physician to find out what is really going on since the issue is still on going. I was miserable with a left lower stomach. Doctor order bloodwork and CT SCAN and what made me worried I lost 11LB weight. They find some thing in CT SCAN and gave me two kind of antibiotic. Still I am sick hoping within 7 days I will be fine

Barbaric testing method. No reason to use if there are other available methods. I was told 3-5 days for results now it 7-10. I’m a healthcare worker and can’t go to work until I get results. This has been a terrible experience. Meanwhile across the street testing results are coming back in less than 24 hours. Thanks for nothing.
