I came in front desk are polite including the nurse that entertained me. I had x-ray done same thing nurse were polite. Dr Tom was attentive to my problem(pain in my arm). Thank you.
Reasonable wait time, positive exchange and care with the medical assistant who was kind and very professional. Once in the exam room, there was only a short wait for the doctor. Dr. Tom was also kind yet thorough. He explained tests and later gave me results and instructions for follow up. He was very nice. I felt cared-for! Thanks.

I was seen quickly and the Dr was attentive and professional. I would go again if I needed urgent care.
Naturally I was nervous not knowing what to expect and worried I might have Covid. From the moment I pulled up to get tested, it was well organized. The staff was pleasant and explained everything that was going to take place. The nurse who took the swab was friendly and made my experience as comfortable as she could. I had my results in 3 days, Negative!
