My doctor set up a scheduled appointment. I had to travel across town, thinking I would be waiting for hours regardless in a line of cars that took hours. I was greeted and sent around the building to the back. No other cars in sight. We waited barely 3 minutes. A nurse, Kayla, took my preliminary questions then came back with the swabs to do the uncomfortable, but necessary tests for flu and Covid-19.
