The representative I spoke with directly on the phone was extremely helpful. She helped me resolve my issues and kindly allowed me to choose a second star on the same galaxy as the first one I purchased so my grandsons have stars that are “near” each other. I will continue to purchase stars for my grandchildren. Thank you.

We have three in my family. My first one was from my best friend in the 80s, then I got one for my husband 25 years later, and gave one to my 100-year-old father-in-law for his birthday last year. It’s such a special and cool gift, and the graphics are so beautifully done. Thank you!
