Elizabeth helped us over the course of 2 years to search for an ideal property for our family in the country. Once found, she was able to quickly sell our home in town. As first time buyers in a rural area, we relied on her knowledge and expertise regarding well inspections, septic inspections and all aspects of country living that were new to us! Liz was my listing agent on a country property I aquired through a foreclosure unfortunately after the previous owner defaulted on a private loan i had made. Liz was able to get it sold for me during a challenging market in 2011 and reduced my loss on this REO. She personally held the open houses and spent a lot of money on advertizing for me. Her country property expertise was vital considering i have no understanding of septic systems and propane tanks.

Elizabeth was very easy to work with. She's extremely knowledgeable about the area as well as the ins and outs of real estate. She understood exactly what we were looking for and had the patience to make sure we found it. I would definitely recommend her. She presented herself with a high level of arrogance. She called to change appointment time to view our home, then called 40 mins before our new appointment time and gave me the most unprofessional reasoning as to why she was not going to make our appointment. She assumed how much we owe on the home and said we wouldn't make any money (which isn't the case, but even if it were, that is the sellers decision). Her tone is dismissive and arrogant.
