RUDE unprofessional, cancels appointments when you are standing there waiting, never again will I be fooled by a pretend doctor like this guy and his rude, mean uncooperative staff
Business response:
Sorry to hear about your experience. We pride ourselves on excellence in pain management and interventional spine care. We wish you the best.
Dr. Never see’s me. Nurse practitioners give misdiagnoses and Dr. lies about it. I’ve had 2 misdiagnoses from that witch doctor. THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN MO. Lie and deny is his motto.
- he is a pain mgmt doctor that doesn't want to manage your pain. un - he doesn't listen when visiting for an appointment - unwilling to adjust meds based on effectiveness This doctor is very frustrating. I do not recommend seeing him at all! There are too many other good pain management doctors.
100 $. will cost u money poor billing he keeps dragging u in and not doing nothing for ya.
The Office staff, especially Brittany, is rude and obviously knows nothing about insurance. The staff is a direct reflection on the doctor.
I cancelled an appointment fall 2015, office said they didn't make the cancellation. Rude woman on phone, insisted I didn't cancel, called me a liar! She billed me for a charge that I haven't paid, & won't pay. Turned over to a collection agency, that is their way of working through a customer issue. I wasn't belligerent, but this office wouldn't even discuss the matter. Terrible customer care.
