This owner harassed and was being very aggressive to a street vendor. He has no right to come up with a bat in his hand to tell the street vendor to leave. The street vendor wasn’t even on his property he was on the public street. Shows how unprofessional this owner is. He should have called the cops or the city instead of coming up with a bat in his hand and pushing the street vendor, getting into his car and trying to start it then using the bat to hit his car and things.
