I HAD AN ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL EXPERIENCE WITH INTEX AUTO PARTS. THEY SOLD ME A COUNTERFEIT PART THAT MALFUNCTIONED, PUTTING MY LIFE AT RISK. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEIR STAFF EXHIBITED EXTREME RACISM, CREATING AN OVERALL TERRIBLE AND UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE ABOVE A 0 STAR REVIEW! I SHOULD BE FILING A LAWSUIT FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER! I FEEL LIKE I WAS TARGETED BECAUSE OF MY RACE. PROTECT YOURS AND YOUR LOVED ONES LIVES AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
horrible costumer service, this people will waster your time and make you come to the store for nothing i called to check if they had a part they told me they had it i asked if they could please check to make sure because i was going to make a 20 drive to get it the guy on the phone said they did have to just come and ask for it that it would be ready when i arrived, i arrived to store and after 20 minutes waiting they finally said they didn't have it. not an apology nothing just i don't think we can find try somewhere else
Never been here, but there was a video of the owner bullying a street vendor. For what? Was it competing with his parts businesses? No! Did you have to use a bat? No! Shame on you!!! Human kindness is what’s needed! What a stupid idiot!
What a terrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy work regarding their vehicle maintenance.
The clear racism and brutality of the “employee” beating a man with a bat, destroying his property, his vehicle, and threatening him with lighter fluid is beyond disgusting! Never in a million years would I ever recommend this place!!!
