The whole staff and Dr Rick have given the boys a great experience with the dentist and are always happy to go to the dentist and they have great dental health always wonderful as a parent to know how well your kids are taken care of and that getting dental care will be a life long habit because of having good experience as young children
My kids have been patients at Pediatric Dentistry for over 10 year and they look forward to going to the dentist! The staff are friendly and helpful, and Dr. Baylon is attentive and knowledgeable. We highly recommend it.
I would give this practice a 10 out of 10. In Dec. 2014, our old dentist told us she wouldn't take our insurance and I needed to find a new one. I came about this dentist online and found out straight away they took our insurance and are about 7 minutes from our house. As soon as we walked in, I knew this was the place I was looking for. They were able to get all 3 of my boys in and we were done in like an hour! They told me everything wrong with their teeth and how to fix it. Josh was called back quickly after arrival. His exam seemed to take an appropriate length of time. He returned happy, and the dental technician provided a brief recap and invited us to make his next appointment. All in all, it was a good experience!
Everyone was really helpful and pleasant.
Both of my children have attended this office since they were 2 years old and it has always been an excellent experience. Neither has had an issue with the cleaning or the filling that each has experienced. The staff helps to explain and calm the kids during all procedures which I think helps greatly.
My children have been patients of Dr. Beinlich since we moved to Minnesota eight years ago and we are always so happy with the choice we made to have him as our dentist. Two of my children are now adults and have moved on to adult dentists, but we all have a special place in our hearts for Dr. Beinlich and the amazing staff at the Inver Grove Heights location!
I started bringing my kids to see Dr Rick when they were each three years old. That wa 17 years ago and I have never had a bad experience. It will be a little sad when my daughter turns 18 and we move on from the world of pediatric dentistry. I would recommend Dr Rick and his practice to anyone with children.
Our family has been going to Baylon & Beinlich for almost 8 years now. My kids enjoy going to the dentist! The staff is great, they are friendly and inviting and make dentist visits a breeze!
