Both Joe and Brooke have been wonderful. Joe explained everything concisely and Brooke was amazing on the installation…there were some rough areas she had to get thru. I’m hoping that she’ll be Kitty’s trainer. Kitty runs away and hides when people are at the house…she didn’t when Brooke stopped and talked to her.
Great installation experience. The tech was respectful, thorough, and listened. He made sure all my concerns were addressed and I understood the Invisible Fence system.
Brad Harris did an amazing job installing the underground fence at our complicated lake-front property. I can’t believe how far out into the water the wiring can be installed. Brad went above and beyond in my opinion.
