Initial contact was satisfactory. The drop in rating is coming from the scrambling to meet conditions at the end that should have been handled in the 18 months prior to closing. Last minute stress was avoidable and left a bad impression. Money that KB homes paid was supposedly for a lock fee but closing statement showed points to buy down rate. Taking ownership of mistakes made by your employees, and following through with statements that were made and verify how much people are being charged before taking more money out than was approved. It is very disheartening to feel like you are alone and are struggling and no one wants to do their job or apologize when they have provided you with wrong information, however I am still expected to jump as soon as they snap their fingers.
