I cant say enough good about our experience with Shamrock! They helped us through the process of replacing our roof due to hail damage, and it was our first time as homeowners replacing a roof; so we had lots of questions and lots to learn about the process! All our questions were answered and everyone who helped us was super friendly and patient and took every question we had seriously. Worked with **** from Shamrock on an insurance hail damage claim. He dealt with insurance agent. We received a full replacement of roof, gutters, and downspouts. Ran into issues with 90 year stucco, and he had people who could repair it and get insurance to pay for supplemental work.
