When you have an emergency with one of your loved furry companions who are not just a pet but part of your family, it is great to have a local vet clinic that offers after hours service. Our first visit at 11:30pm unfortunately ending on a sad note as we had to have one of our cats who was 12yo put to sleep because of a paralysis tick, but the caring and gentle approach that Sarah gave to "Jack" and support to me and my two kids at this time helped ease the pain. You couldn't find a better bunch of compassionate people. Andrew, Sarah, Kymberly & Nicole are just wonderful. My boy has struggled with an illness for such a short period of time and their professionalism & kind natures have nurtured him & my family through this hard time. Our lil Maltese, Marcus had contracted some sort of tummy bug and needed a vet after hours. One whose clinic isn't a million miles away. Fortunately google gave us the number for Ipswich Family Veterinary Clinic, Andrew explained he would be 25 mins and that we were to meet him at the clinic.
