It was so seamless - they sent out a needs list - we gathered that together got it sent it to them and had an approval, had one little hiccup but that was totally my fault, they found a solution & we moved on. Easiest loan ever aquired!

Unfortunately, the closing was very unorganized and stressful. The paperwork was not prepared ahead of time so we had to wait almost 6 hours (we were not prepared to spend the entire day off of work and without food). We thought we had had all of our information submitted several weeks in advance in order to avoid this kind of issue. KBHS Home Loans did not communicate that they were unprepared for our closing.
