We are a shop who cares about customer needs and offer support by actually letting you talk with a Tech instead of getting a run around and wasting money on a repair on something that obviously is not cost efficient just to make a buck

Wayne at Irion's TV & Electronics was absolutely tremendous. In addition to providing me with a receipt, he actually used his video camcorder to demonstrate that my turntable was fully operational prior to shipment - so that if the shipping company damaged it during transit I could prove that it was in excellent working condition immediately prior to shipment. Brilliant! Thanks Wayne for a great job! -Bruce
Was told by another shop my set was worthless and was ready to trash when my neighbor told me to bring it to Irions and figured I would give it a shot, well to my surprise it was fixed in 2 days and works great, Also got rid of a bug my set had from day one and was told it just needed firmware . long story short good choice and will recommend as was to me. Thanks again
It is so refreshing to do busines with a repair shop that is really concerned with saving money for his customer. It could have cost me a lot of money to find out that my TV was not repairable at a reasonable price. But because Wayne is so honest and did not want to waste my money, he took a lot of time to ask me many qustions about my TV's issues.
