RecommendedAfter having worked for a large corporation it is a breath of fresh air to work for individual owners. Love the two buildings and smaller resident size!!!

RecommendedI have been in healthcare for over 12 years and this was one of the nicest facilities I have ever been in. Not to mention I watched the staff over the several hours I was there and they were so good with the residents and you could tell they really cared about them.
RecommendedThe staff at Iris Memory Care are beyond amazing!! They don't just think of themselves as staff, but as a part of the family of all of their residents. They will go above and beyond to care for not only the residents, but their family members as well. If you have a loved one in need of memory care, I would HIGHLY recommend you contact them!!!! I cannot tell them thank you enough for all the efforts that they have made for me!
RecommendedI don't know what I would do without Iris Memory Care. The care and respect they give my mom and the rest of the residents is unparalleled. The open floor-plan is unlike anything I have seen in a care facility, it really has a "home" feeling. The owners and staff make us feel like family!
If you want your loved one to have quality of life with some dignity this is not the place. It Was awful, staff abused of my brother and dragged him across the floor by his arm and then when he was found on the floor bleeding they never reported it and never called 911. My daughter reported them to state and they stopped state from taking the report if that tells you how corrupt they are. When you are confronted with putting a loved one in a facility, make sure you have somebody with you that isn't emotionally involved. My sister and I were faced with having to take my mom from the hospital to a facility. On Wednesday, August 14, 2019, we took her to IRIS not seeing any other option. She had an appointment the following day with her PMC doctor who told me I should take her home and put her under Hospice Care.
