Irma Echeverria was very professional and helped me along my loan. I had questions late at night and would answer them very professionally I give her a A + on her quality of work
We have followed Irma and have used her to finance our first home. Then a second time this year to refinance when the rates decreased significantly. Irma is so easy to work with and tolerated us asking the same questions a million times. She was available to answer our questions day and night and we always knew what was going on. We recommend Irma to anyone we hear is even thinking about buying or refinancing a home.

Irma was experienced when it came to lending. She was professional and knowledgeable with all things having to do with the lending process. My loan approval did take much longer than any of us would have expected. One of the reason it took so long was because the co-sign I brought on with me is retired and is not receiving consistent income. Irma and her team were very helpful in helping us decide on the type of loans available for our situation and helped up pick the right one at the lowest rate possible.
We recently bought a house and our lender Irma Echeverria was so helpful we were not able to qualify at first so she gave us the advice we needed to remedy the issue we were facing.In the end she worked with us until she found the right loan for us and we closed on our home ahead of schedule.
Irma and her team were amazing to work with and continually did all they could to get us the best rates. And help us through the process of buying a home. As far as I am concerned they are the only lending agency in Idaho!
