Huge selection of pools and lovely river side views. The food was excellent as was the drinks selection. I especially want to mention the super helpful service when I realized I had left some belongings in a locker. Thank you for keeping my things safe and returning them to me!
We were on vacation and had our dogs with us. We tied our dogs to the car with water. The manager, Cole, called us on the PA system and then called the police. The police talked to us and said Cole was being over sensitive. Cole then said we had to leave but refused to give us a refund. We told him we were headed to Alaska and a voucher was worthless to us but he stood fast. If I'm ever back in Glenwood I'll go to the old hot springs. Worst costumer service ever!!!
I loved waving to the rafters as they rolled down the river and watching the paragliding from the warm water I was soaking in. The pools have umbrellas over them. The family pool with the waterfall is amazing. The locker and changing rooms with the no key locks and the wonderful smelling shampoo and bodywash was the perfect end to the experience.

Love this place. Best spot in Colorado. Next Colorado river.
