hello I hired Isaacs and Isaacs for my car accident they did a wonderful job getting my claim settled in a professional and timely manner the people there were very helpful and patient with me as I didn't know what to expect, but they took care of everything nicely. They are a great firm!

We have reached out to them and it has been over a year, since our accident. Very bad communication, we have tried and tried to reach them and after the receptionist and sends us to Jami.B*****, it goes straightforward to vioce mail. My husband and myself are looking for updates and how soon this will come to a end. I will always be hurting, since the accident and our doctor has filled out the papers that has stated. Communication is completely horrible . It’s to the point now they just hang up when I call. I started off with Elizabeth and ended up with Rick . He was able to raise the offer number but since then it’s always a hassle trying to reach him. It’s been a frustrating experience dealing with this law firm . Answers to my questions when they arise is all that I need to assure that I picked a company who cared . But it’s been complete opposite.

I'm beyond livid about this company. They did not at all keep us updated on my deceased brothers case. They decided NOT to even finish the recreation scene. They made $40,000 to do legit nothing. They haven't sent us anything we've asked for. I have to keep emailing or calling to get any kind of answer. Everytime you email it's oh I'm out of the office today. It's excuse after excuse and they made MORE money out of this case then anyone. And sadly we just been asking for information that they still haven't seemed to send us.... read more

I did all the work. They lost everything I sent. Pictures, paperwork. They even called me to ask the name of the investigator that they sent. Then when they got the judgement and didn't think the person had insurance, they called and told me I had to figure out how to collect. Then I got paperwork work from the defendant lawyer with the insurance name on it. Then they wanted to take the case back. Out of 2500.00 settlement all I got was 1000.00. what a rip off!!! Would never recommend this law office!!!

Jason Pride is our attorney he has neglected our case. We have been more than patient. He doesn't return our calls. He hasn't fought for us I'm out of patience I want another attorney. One that will return calls when he says and one that will do something. The only thing that I can think it is, the case isn't enough.

Philip ***** is our lawyer. I feel he has neglected our case. We call no answer. I usually receive a text after I hang up saying, “I will call you back, in a meeting” and we never hear anything! I’ve been in this lawsuit for 7 years now and it’s still not finished! We’re obviously not a priority. Maybe our case isn’t worth enough!

They're 25% fee turned out to be 35% which still turned out to be more than what I received in the settlement. My attorney Nick Haynes would not take my case to court to get me the settlement I deserved; instead he made me settle are I or would not have no attorney. All other attorneys would not take my case after talking to him So I had no other attorney except him.
