There were a couple of surprises near the end of the process that caused me to have to jump through some hoops in the middle of the holidays. This issue was not caused by Isaiah. He did help me to clarify the time line and was patient while I got the issues resolved.

The loan process was smooth and questions were answered quickly. However, there were multiple dates scheduled for closing and there was no communication to confirm closing date. There was a no call no show for the earlier closing date and time. There were also discrepancies in debt balances and it was not settle prior to funds being distributed.
