I had 2 appointments with Dr Aggarwal. Both were the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an MD. She kept talking over me or cut me off and said I didn’t have symptoms that I was clearly experiencing. She seem to show no empathy about my joint pain I struggled with in my hands. I asked if I could please do bloodwork because I wanted to be certain due to family history of autoimmune disorders. She was very dismissive and said “there was nothing she could do for me”. I made an appointment with her because she had immediate availability, I now know why she had availability. Do yourself a favor and wait for a good doctor. It turns out I don't even have the condition she diagnosed me with.
The very first visit I had, she was condescending and kept saying she was almost certain I didn't have the autoimmune disorder I ended up having, which the bloodwork definitively showed. She didn't acknowledge she was wrong, just said, 'Yeah, so you have it.' Any questions outside her specific medical knowledge (secondary issues about how the disorder might impact mental health, or anything secondary to the disorder) she was dismissive about, and spoke with dismissive authority, and was often wrong. Absolutely the WORST front desk patient/customer service I have ever experienced. Arrogant, entitled and largely ignorant regarding proper insurance protocols. A reminder that these clerical positions require no skill or education. Avoid.
Dr. Aggarwal does not care about patients. I’m young and I’ve been having extreme joint and muscle pains for months now and she dismissed every single symptom I was having, claiming they’re all unrelated or not her problem. I would not recommend her under any circumstances. She was not helpful and extremely unsympathetic.

This place was able to see me in short notice which was nice given that fact that I've been trying to get too the root cause of some serious inflammation, pain and various other residual issues. So I saw Dr. Ishita Aggarwal since I was able to get in within a week. However, I honestly would run for the hills and never go to this practice yet along see this doctor.
