We hired the Island Empanada truck for our wedding in November . Our guest were surprised with DELICIOUS empanadas as they left the reception. Everyone LOVED it and LOVED them! They all still talk about it :) Roy & Kathy were so great to deal with during the planning and he even committed to doing it for us knowing our wedding was on his birthday!
