We are a family owned company, and we are passionate about St Pete Beach, and its surrounding wildlife and ecosystems. We made a reservation and twice it was cancelled two days in a row for “high winds”. Yesterday there was no wind and today at the launch site there are other kayak places going out so We confused on why our trip was cancelled. Today we are waiting at the launch site we called three times no answer. Finally someone calls us back and says they called us and left a voicemail saying it was canceled which is complete bs.
