Great service great staff lot of fun and I got a good night's rest
Customer service needs help I called to confirm my reservation and asked if our room would have a refrigerator and if the pool had towels the operator didn’t know and called the front desk. They couldn’t answe that question either. Staff should know everything about the hotel. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and the pool was dirty. The size of the room and bathroom are good.

Checked in around 4 p.m. and asked for a roll-away to be delivered to our room. When we got to our room around 11 p.m.our roll-away was not there. We called front desk to inform them and they said it would be delivered right away. It was 30 minutes later. We were tired Otherwise, we liked our stay.

Room had king size bed, but sheets didn't fit bed well, to small. Bathtub had a curved bottom and was hard to stand in while taking shower.

We had a great time. I was surprised that there was no safe in the room. However the time there was great. Room was nice and clean, shower was great. Had a great time at the casino!

quiet, nice hotel The hotel room was quiet, clean, and close to a lot of other things in the Quad Cities.

Too Much Smoke Everything is great about this hotel, with one major drawback. They allow smoking inside the casino area. The smell is overpowers everything in the hotel. We were unable to gamble for any length of time and avoid parts of the facility with the strongest odor.
