Expected more for the expense For the amount of money spent on our stay I did not appreciate the long wait to check in, the lack of a fridge in our room, an exhaust fan that was not functioning and there was no complimentary breakfast either. The room, on the other hand, was clean and the bed was comfortable.

A pleasant stay This was a nice hotel with a great view. I would stay here again and recommend it to my colleges.

The food was not good. I would expect better from a hotel of this caliber. Would not eat there again which would effect my choice of weather I stayed there again.

Overpriced poor customer service Service was not great from front desk to casino bartender. Pillows were like rocks but it served the purpose. I would not go out of my way to stay there again.

one day stop employees were nice. a little noise in hall late at night. bed and pillows comfy. could have used a fridge and microwave. food at snack shop was good and fish basket enough for 2 people.

Nice hotel, awful casino Incredibly nice hotel, brand new. Wide open spaces, relaxing after a hard night of getting your money taken from you at the casino.
