Great Time in the Quads Excellent property and very well kept...ez to get around with Uber and service personnel were uncommonly friendly. One downside: extremely long lines at check in - and I checked in at 3PM. Not exactly rush hour.

I loved it here...it was so nice and clean. I'd like to come and stay here again.
Tried to order wine and chocolates package first they had no one there to bring it till s certain time them when I went to get it myself they didn't have a key to get into the wine.also disappointed the casino has a cash only bar.

Expected more for the expense For the amount of money spent on our stay I did not appreciate the long wait to check in, the lack of a fridge in our room, an exhaust fan that was not functioning and there was no complimentary breakfast either. The room, on the other hand, was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The food was not good. I would expect better from a hotel of this caliber. Would not eat there again which would effect my choice of weather I stayed there again.
