It was dirty!! Hair in the bathtub and in sick! Blankets/sheets were dirty with food on them! BLOOD dried on the floor in bathroom. They did nothing to help resolve this won’t be going back!!
My hotel room wasn’t clean and there was a pill left in the bathroom from the last person that stayed in that room. I had small children in the room. I’m just thankful I found it before they did. I reported it to the hotel but none did anything
Poor poor service Shockingly miserable service ruined a decent stay. The heater in my room broke on last day, with temperatures below freezing outside my window. Maintenance came to fix it. But then it broke again that night, and I was forced to change rooms in the middle of the night. When I had a 7am flight next day! When I checked out, I asked for some sort of compensation. The on-site restaurant was closed because of grill problems. No Uber to get out and eat supper. Also sink drain in our bathroom was plugged up
I expected better I found the reception area was under staffed. I was not advised as to where conveniently park in approximation of my room. I wiped down all surfaces and found them to be dusty and dirty. The shower was so slippery that I fell. The fire alarm went off for 15 minutes at 5am. I ended my stay a night early. Highly disappointed.
Horrible Stay I did not like this casino and hotel resort. My stay there was not fun or pleasant. The first day was okay with a nice greeting from the hotel staff, but I soon started to notice the lobby was messy and a little trashy. I especially did not like their mask policy at the casino and hotel. The second day was worse because I wanted to have some casino fun but I was constantly harassed about the strict mask policy they have there.
