Nice place to stay while visiting Waterloo Nice hotel. The casino is a plus. Very nice pub/restaurant.

Comfy stay on the isle Rooms were comfortable and nonsmoking rooms smelt great. staff was friendly and helpful with anything you needed. Only issue I had was the free in room coffee maker and items. Someone had opened the items and placed them back or used bits and pieces of what was there so I was. It certain if things were ok to use. The decor was nice but the curtains could use some replacing due to light leaking into weak points in the cloth. overall tho it's was a great stay with just a few livable cosmetic issues

Nice hotel and customer service Directions were unclear as map provided on website shown only a limited area and did not specify hotel and casino were on southwest side of Rte 20. No clear markings advertising were in the area and it was rainy and foggy, so we had difficulty finding access.

one night stand Had to stay one night for business. I've stayed here before, and was very satisfied both times. This time I had a bit of good luck at the casino. I am also impressed with the Lone Wolf restaurant. I had both dinner and breakfast and I love their food, selection and service (esp. the onion rings!).

EXPECTED MORE Room was very spacious which was great! The bed although which was a king did not have a high end mattress or pillows that a hotel of this type should probably have. A comfortable bed and pillows are what make a hotel enjoyable. When you lay down and don't go "wow, this is nice" and instead go " whoa! What the heck????" And start looking under the sheets at what type of mattress they are using. The same for the pillows. I can go to any Hampton Inn and be WOW'd by the comfort of they're rooms.

Overall, nice hotel, only negatives were strong smoke smell in lobby and pretty thin walls. Heard children in next room like they were in our room.
