We needed to finish a room in our basement on very short notice. Thinking a big box store would be our best bet, we got a quote from Home Depot. Price seemed reasonable, free installation and would be completed in less than two weeks. Hard to beat right? At a few friend's suggestions we stopped by Issis on our way home. They were $400 cheaper and the carpet was installed by the end of the week. We will never even consider another option when we need flooring!
Amazing staff and customer service. We picked out the perfect tile with amazing quality for our bathroom and rug for our Great Room. Rug was to be delivered at 2:30 and staff arrived promptly and they were extremely professional. Will go back for all our needs.
A few years ago we had them do our hardwood floors it had to be redone wrong color and they didn't clean them before the polish then they cupped and we called someone else and they said we would need to have them redone
My sister bought a home from Thorton Homes and she and I picked the Hardwood out at Issis the floor is terribel so we called to see who the manufacutre was. They said they would send man out and they would handle the situation. In April the man came out took pictures etc. Never hard a thing. In June I called and they remembered him coming but he had no clue what he did with the info so he came back out June 9th it is now July 28th and we have heard NOTHING! Is this customer service?
