Staff were very helpful answering questions, helping our institution determine unit sizes needed, and even choosing which unit we chose.
I asked Ann about which other units were available as I had outgrown the one I had. She gave me a list of unit numbers, their sizes, and the rent of each and I visited all three and decided to think about it. The next day I revisited the two I felt would best meet my needs and chose the largest one. Ann was very helpful in guiding me through the process of changing units. The gentlement that assisted me was so kind and helpful. The storage I initially reserved was too small so he showed me the next size up which was perfect. Plus the storage is next to the stairwell & elevator which is great because I have a bad knee, which needs replacement. Very satisfied with the service and the cleanliness of the building.
