These are the people you want to do business with. If you think that it's only possible to get good service in a restaurant or bar, Paige and Shan will prove you wrong. Great deals online, and the units are secure and easy to access. If I needed a second unit, they would be the first ones I'd call. They made my moving experience that much easier

I only needed storage for a very short time but my experience at this location was easy, quick, and efficient. Ann at iStorage was amazing. She helped me with the process of getting a new storage unit within minutes all while multitasking and helping other customers. She was friendly and made me feel like I was in good hands. Although my time renting there was short, I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely use their services if needed in the future. Thank you!

Paige was fantastic and she created my profile right away and explained everything to me. She was very helpful and friendly. The trainer was also amazing and helpful. I had positive experience with them.

I’ve had a unit at this location for a little over a year now. Customer service is great, on top of quick communication. It’s easy to get a real person on the phone if you have questions, or need help. iStorage offers good deals/ prices, and the space itself is well kept. I feel safe storing my items here.

This is a great place for customer service. Nice storage space. And they made accommodations for us wanting a bigger space. Really nice. The prices are the same at other places unless other places are charging under 100 for big spaces. But this is a nice place.
