I have been with istorage from the beginning at this location. The customer service, value, facility upkeep and convenient hours have only become better among the way. The improvements they have made and maintain such a clean facility. I have been at my storage and staff had come along in their golf cart and asked if there was anything i needed discarded or if i had questions etc. If I've ever had an issue i know there will be a live person to speak with. I went to this location because I needed boxes and bubble wrap for my upcoming move. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by the kindest lady with the warmest smile, Rosa. I told Rosa I needed boxes and she came out from behind the counter and walked me through the different size options. I chose what I needed, paid, and headed to load my car. My experience at iStorage has been a phenomenal one! Rosie has been doing this for a long time and she knows exactly what you need. She showed me a number of different sized units to make sure I got the right fit. When selecting my unit, she chose the one closest to the entrance. Rosie has excellent customer service skills. If you're looking for a storage facility, definitely come see Rosie! She will not steer you wrong!

We have had excellent service from Rosie at iStorage in Boynton Beach. She showed us several units to insure we got the one best suited to our needs. She made sure it was very clean for our move-in, and she helped when our auto-payment had an issue and we got a "late notice". We highly recommend iStorage in Boynton, and we thank Rosie for her great service.

These guys rock!!! We needed to move to a larger space and they came thru for us with a great space in the perfect location at an amazing price... we are happily moving from another storage facility to this one... thanks to Ann for taking such great care of us at Statewide WIndows & Doors... she is the best!!

Kara is awesome! The facility is very nice and clean! Highly recommend! They offer 24 hour access to the building and stock all the supplies you need! Shopped around at other facilities and no one compares! Make sure to ask for Kara! She's super knowledgable!

Will raise you rent by month 3, siting a month by month demand...blah blah blah. stay away from them. from reading the other reviews sounds like they raise everyone else rent every 3 months. im out. go with another storage company.

In my search to store some things, I found iStorage in the Boynton Beach, Congress location. The day I went to rent it, they sold me a 5x5 space, smaller than a closet but good for what I had, the price on the website says on average 20-30 dollars and they managed to leave it there for $60 and something like that, within two months of rent. they would increase to more than US$ 70. I have used a number of storage places fir my business. 3 months ago I found a great rate for a 10x10 unit online. I signed up and was asked to come in to the office to sign the agreement. I did so and specifically asked if my rate would be fixed. I was told if I signed for a year the rate would not arbitrarily be increased. 3 months later the rate was increased.
