Joyia was so helpful and the customer service is top tier! We reserved a smaller unit online, stopped by to purchase a lock and it actually seemed faulty (we probably screwed up the combo somehow), but she offered a replacement for no cost!! She is awesome! Also, our unit seemed super clean and ready to go. Very satisfied!
Young property manager at Istorage at 881 Weir drive was very helpful and very professional and sooooo kind and nice! Listened to issues, explained how they can be fixed, answered questions very thoroughly and was just very pleasant! Very nice to see and makes the facility look better! The place needs work but you go there because of people like her! She defused your anxiety and stress! Thank you ! She's a great asset to your company!
Total dump. Reading the recent reviews, they're all accurate. Snow removal is a joke, trash and holes in the asphalt everywhere. The snow is gone, time to clean up your property.
Just started renting from this business. The day that I went to see my assigned storage space there was trash in it and the string-light doesn’t work. There was a staff close by who literally removed the trash on site. Okay??? Yeah really regret this storage unit. I still had to sweep the storage and still waiting on that lightbulb. So disappointed.
Joyia was very helpful and got us into out storage unit in 10 mins fastest most respectful employee here so far would definitely recommend others to stop by and get a storage unit from Joyia
